  2. b) A video that shows customer using the shampoo (before, current, after)
  3. c) A picture of postage airwaybill slip with product image
  4. d) A picture of batch number on product packaging/box – MFG Date / EXP Date
  5. Fill in the return form provided by customer service.
  6. Packing and return
  • Customers can return faulty items within 3 days of receipt date for a exchange of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
  • Upon acceptance, all returned items will take up to 14 working days to be processed by our warehouse.
  • All courier charges for your return package will be borne by the customer.
  • Please obtain a delivery receipt/airway bill/tracking number from the courier company of your choice to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.
  • The management of PETALS reserves the right to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged condition.
